Extremely clean, good air ventilation system. Rooms look fresh, all furniture new. Shower is great. Staff was good. Restaurant downstairs is just marvelous. Haven't tried their gym nor swimming pool.

Nice clean rooms . Restaurant on site. Friendly staff. Shopping nearby. About a 15 minute taxi ride to the historical center . Staff member Angel went above and beyond with his service and helpfulness.

Super location. Bus stop just 5 minutes away. Restaurant Giralda is good. Special mention of Hugo. He was really helpful.

Excellent facilities as we have come to expect from Holiday Inn. Beds were very comfortable, pillows labelled and fantastic. Bathrooms were great and modern.

The location, staff, facilities, and comfort was all absolutely great. I was blown away by the warmth of the Mexican staff. I am a Spanish speaker so there was no language barrier. The authentic Mexican breakfast was great. The pool was awesome. The location to the downtown sites was good as well. I will be returning in the future.

Short notice booking due to flight cancellation, reasonably priced and not too far away from the airport. Staff were great and rooms were clean and spacious.
